Quirran-Lea Shez U Neek - For her awards in halter including top 10 in Qld State Championships Weanling Futurity with Sandra Starkey.

'Indy' wins "OVERALL GRAND CHAMPION HALTER HORSE " from a field of 18 STATE CHAMPIONS at 2005 Qld Paint Championships!
He also won STATE CHAMPION 2002 PAINT COLT & STATE CHAMPION AMATEUR OWNER STALLION OR COLT.
His success at the 2005 SEQPHC Paint-O-Rama also included numerous wins or seconds with three judges in 2yr old Paint Colt and Amateur Owner Stallion or colt!
"Indy" had started his reining career with Warren Backhouse prior to this show and continues on with his training. |

Wanting to know what has happened to the "2005 PHAA Raffle Filly". Well she was won by my wonderful mother Pat Ward and "Mum" has been very busy showing "Charmy" since her arrival here at Quirran-Lea Stud. She has won many halter awards including Champion mare or filly and she is just the perfect filly, with a fantastic nature, for "Pat" the show.

A very nice young gelding successfully being shown in halter at present. Currently running third in the PHAA HONOUR ROLL 2003 gelding. This flashy gelding is by "War Eagle" and out of our Wagon Cook imp mare "Cooking With Gas". He is 100% owned and shown by the very capable youth handler Lee Ann Shelton.
